Practical training program

The reliability and outstanding qualifications of the company's employees are based, among other things, on the demanding in-house training program. The high motivation of the trainees is reflected not least in the good exam results of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. 

As part of their training, our apprentices pass through all production departments. A wide range of training in all areas of mechanical engineering, as well as CNC training, but also the qualified application of the various types of welding, put our training on a broad basis. Trainees of the company learn in theory and practice from experienced instructors and try out daily the handling of the most modern techniques and machines. All essential machine components are developed and built in-house. Commercial trainees pass through all commercial and business departments and are involved in real commercial and business processes from the first day of their training.      

By learning professional skills through direct exposure to real processes in mechanical engineering and administration, all trainees receive the necessary tools for a successful professional future. The trainees can experience and help shape the implementation of the latest machine innovations and the production of state-of-the-art high-tech machines on a daily basis. The formative enthusiasm for technology, which accounts for the great success of the company, is thus passed on to the younger generation.      

This is also reflected in the high rate of permanent employment.

The high commitment of Seydelmann trainees is reflected not least in their consistently good examination results from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The clear majority of them complete their training with above-average grades. Even after their apprenticeship, Seydelmann employees can benefit from the available opportunities for further professional training, such as a dual study program, various advanced training courses, etc.
